At Pilates Within Co, I believe in a holistic approach to Pilates that combines physical and mental well-being. My classes are designed to help you build strength and flexibility while reducing stress and improving your overall quality of life. I focus on educating you about your body, so you have the tools necessary to integrate strengthening, healing, maintaining alignment, and stability back into your everyday life—empowering you to heal and thrive.

I teach Pilates using a clinical eye and a therapeutic approach. During training, I add somatic movement, focusing on functional patterns and proprioception exercises. This is a more sensory experience rather than the mechanical repetition of traditional exercise. It brings awareness to the mind-body connection, focusing on how we feel, breathe, hold ourselves, and move in our daily patterns and activities.

This includes muscle testing, posture education, and movement analysis. From here, we determine a plan for the future, whether it be clinical bodywork to address muscle tightness and fascia dysfunction or functional training with Pilates to strengthen or rebalance any postural dysfunctions brought on by injury, posture, overuse, or even underuse. Kinesiology tape improves blood and lymphatic circulation, reducing inflammation and excess chemical buildup in the tissue. It can improve the muscle’s ability to contract even when weakened, reduce pain and fatigue, and protect the muscle from overextension and over-contraction, improving range of motion and misalignment.
A discount is offered for first responders, police, fire, nurses, teachers, students, and those 65+.
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel any scheduled appointment without a charge.
