About Pilates Within
Lisa Huddleson, Pilates Instructor, CMT, LMT
Lisa, a native of Colorado, has made bodywork one of her life’s passions. Lisa received her CMT from the Atlanta School of Massage in 1996. In 1997, she began her Pilates training with the Physical Mind Institute and Body Works. She has further emphasized her education and experience in myofascial release, functional movement, clinical massage, pre and post-knee and hip surgery, joint mobility, assisted stretching, movement analysis, postural education, and Kinesiology taping. Lisa's knowledge of physiology and extensive Pilates experience allows her to read her client's anatomy and provide personalized direction that restores each client to minimize pain through strength, function, and balance. Each of her clients can expect a tailored and individual approach to identifying personal goals and a customized session to achieve results.
Lisa is currently a student of sound healing and advancing her breathwork certifications.
Our Studio
Pilates Within Co is an intimate studio with 26 years of experience. Here, you can expect an individualized program that fits your needs, injuries, and goals. The studio has 2 Peak Pilates Total Workout Systems, 2 Peak chairs, and one Peak Ladder Barrel. Private and semi-private sessions are offered, along with a private massage room and a toolbox to assist your whole body, and movement to strive to feel your best.

With over two decades of experience as a Pilates instructor and massage therapist, I have developed a unique style of therapy that blends technique and intuition. I believe in the power of personalization, tailoring exercise plans to each client's strengths and challenges. I am eager to work with individuals who share our therapeutic philosophy and are committed to providing the best service to their clients.
