We can unlock tension in the deep tissue layers through movement and a series of stretches using Pilates equipment and a physical therapy table. The goal is to unravel your restrictions in the fascia by relaxing the nervous system, opening the joint space, and stretching the fascia throughout your body.
Through a series of movements, breath work, and lymphatic sweeps, your nervous system will slow down, and you can restore your breathing to a calm rhythm as you find yourself in your body again. By the end of class, you will feel like a different being in your body ~ Nourishing the mind and body.

Helping release tension, stress, and anxiety in the mind, body, and spirit, this practice supports you in coming back to a greater state of harmony by tuning into the sound.
This includes muscle testing, posture education, and movement analysis. From here, we determine a plan for the future, whether it be clinical bodywork to address muscle tightness and fascia dysfunction or functional training with Pilates to strengthen or rebalance any postural dysfunctions brought on by injury, posture, overuse, or even underuse.
